Cast Iron & Collards Society Presents: Family Meal 

Join Georgia Organics at New Moon Gardens in Lithonia, GA for an intimate dining experience with Chefs Joey Ward, Spencer Gomez, Zach Meloy, Ron Hsu, and Jen Yee with beverage pairings by sommelier Cate Hatch. The evening will begin with canapés prepared by each chef, cocktails, and a garden tour, followed by an intimate five-course seated dinner for 15 guests with wine pairings. The dinner will feature produce from nearby Snapfinger Farm. Proceeds from the event will go towards supporting Georiga Organics' Farmer Services programs. 

Tickets are $300.00 per seat. Cast Iron & Collards Society Members will receive $50.00 off a ticket purchase using a special discount code. Please email porter@georgiaorganics.org to receive the code if you are a current or new member to CI&CS. 

About New Moon Gardens:

Located just beside Arabia Mountain, 25 minutes east of downtown Atlanta, New Moon Gardens is managed and operated by MILKVINE as a full-service venue. This property was once known as the old Houseworth farm. The Houseworth family owned this land from the 1790s until it was purchased by its current (and second ever) owner, garden and landscape designer David McMullin, owner of Very Good Plants and formerly Garden Hood. New Moon Gardens is a sprawling 10 acres and features a charming Victorian farmhouse, a historic log cabin, several outbuildings, and a spacious renovated barn perfect for private dinners, events, and weddings.  

About Snapfinger Farm:

Snapfinger Farm is located outside of Atlanta in Henry County, Georgia. Owner Rahul Anand and partner Carson White grow fruits, vegetables, flowers, and herbs with sustainable methods without the use of synthetic pesticides or herbicides, keeping to the standards of Certified Naturally Grown. Snapfinger Farm currently sells at the Grant Park Farmers Market through the Middle Georgia Growers Co-op, offers a yearly CSA, and sells produce to Atlanta area restaurants. In addition to growing produce, Snapfinger Farm offers catering services using what they grow on the farm.
